They are incredibly knowledgeable and are great about explaining the work that is needed to correct the issue. The waiting room and bathroom are clean and they are speedy.

They carefully completed the work. The owner and the mechanic stayed after hours to complete the work. My car has been operating well since the repair work was done.

I arrived for my appointment on time and they were ready for me. On my prior visit, I needed work done besides my oil change and the mechanic met with me and carefully explained the work he would be doing. He completed it event5hough I had originally been scheduled for just an oil change. Both the mechanic and the owner stayed late to carefully complete the work. On this occasion, I only needed an oil change which was done thoroughly within the hour of my arrival. I will be returning to Flemings in 6 months when they have suggested another oil change and some other engine work.
