They carefully completed the work. The owner and the mechanic stayed after hours to complete the work. My car has been operating well since the repair work was done.

I arrived for my appointment on time and they were ready for me. On my prior visit, I needed work done besides my oil change and the mechanic met with me and carefully explained the work he would be doing. He completed it event5hough I had originally been scheduled for just an oil change. Both the mechanic and the owner stayed late to carefully complete the work. On this occasion, I only needed an oil change which was done thoroughly within the hour of my arrival. I will be returning to Flemings in 6 months when they have suggested another oil change and some other engine work. This guy is either the most incompetent or the most dishonest mechanic I have ever met. He does not have basic necessary diagnostic equipment.

I trust them to provide honest diagnosis on what is actually needed on my vehicle and to properly make the repair(s) at a reasonable price. Some repair shops, especially new car dealerships' service departments, will try to sell you unnecessary repairs for your vehicles.
