Based on my personal experience, they are super knowledgeable and reliable. The owner works on vehicles himself, which to me is an extra layer of personal touch to the work completed. I trust them to provide honest diagnosis on what is actually needed on my vehicle and to properly make the repair(s) at a reasonable price. Some repair shops, especially new car dealerships' service departments, will try to sell you unnecessary repairs for your vehicles.
